Refund policy

Refund Eligibility

At LapisVerve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • The item must not be a final sale or clearance item (these are marked clearly on the product page).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (such as certain art supplies)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your refund is processed.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item:

  • We will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • You will receive an email notification when your refund has been issued.

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For international returns, any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
